I read the instructions on my
mako253 on how to discharge the waste water 3 miles off shore. My question is how do you pump it out at a pumping station the instruction are not that clear to me and I have never owned a boat with a fixed potty. ;?

Its a head? Ask them at the pump out station? The DEP guy in our area is very helpful. Mst system are very simple. You just hook a suction hose into the deck fiting. They have adaptors for the various systems.

You better check out the 3 miles out criteria. There are new more stringent restrictions in most areas.

Until they amend the reg, this is still legal inside of three miles isn't it? ;?
