These motors ran without a hitch for 6 seasons and have been proffessionally maintained to "offshore" standards- eg. annually replaced thermoststs and pumps ect.- literally no expense was spared and i have the records to prove it.

The port motor- (counter) would not start this season as water somhow got into a cylinder-The surveyor said "gasket" unfortunately. After insurance company left me "high and dry" I decided to repower with the Yamaha 150 four strokes.

So..... one runs fine and the other needs work. They come with all the rigging components, binnacle control box, fuel meter, speedo, twin tachs ect and I will throw in my last case of Yamalube as well. Ideal situation for somone who is handy with motors or anyone who needs just one 150 with the other for parts. have pics.

my contact info- 617-921-6706 tks- craig

Don't be afraid to list a price. People will tell you that it is too much even if you put em for sale for $10.00.

Here goes, you wanted someone to suggest a price. How is this:
The one motor is shot and could be sold for parts. The other motor is ok, but has approximately 900 hrs. on it. The controls are for twins, so unless you fix the other motor, they don't help as a package deal. (Though someone may have another 150 OX66 that works.) What about props. Are they stainless? All things being considered, for the complete set, I would say you should be thinking in the $2,500 area. Then, ideally, someone can put 3k into the one motor and have a set for $5,500. That being said, expect to see offers around $1,500. Then you decide, is the extra grand worth the wait. And this if I am right in the first place. Anyway, Good Luck with your sale, and enjoy your new motors.
Jim
