I have 2 dry slips for sale. Both are 25' and accommodate a T-top. Both are easily the least expensive of their size at these facilities. Looking to make a quick sale on one, and I'll keep the other. I'll consider all reasonable offers.

Inlet Watch Yacht Club in Wilmington, NC for $85,000.

Crow's Nest Yacht Club in Atlantic Beach, NC for $75,000.

If interested, call 910-612-3719.

No sale yet, so I'm reducing my asking prices to $80K for Inlet Watch in Wilmington and $70K for Crow's Nest In Atlantic Beach. Each is $10K less than what others are asking for the same size slip at these marinas.

Dues are in the neighborhood of $1000/yr. on one and $800/yr. on the other, although I can't remember which is which. I pay Inlet Watch on quarterly installments and Crow's Nest up front for the year, although they may also let you pay in installments.

Thanks, Blue. That's what I thought, but I didn't want to steer anyone wrong.
