Technical Issues with THT website - Members home ports

Is there a way to find the home port (state city or whatever) of members that choose to show that info??

They have to put it in their profile for it to be visable to all.

I was hoping I could go to a state for example and get all the members who were from there (and had their address in their public profile) for the purposes of finding someone to independently look at a boat for me.

Hey Bob: Try the regional groups and sift through some of the threads for members that have posted there with their locations or in the main forum, start a post such as " anyone here from Staten Island , New York"?, (or whatever city) I need a favor.
In addition, while you are at it, change your profile to show where you are located. I was born and raised on SI,NY, so I know what LI in your screen name means but probably many of our members from the left coast don't have a clue. Hope this helps.
