I bought some Vetus parts from them and never had any problems. Fast shipping from what I remember. FWIW, I once bought a new Seastar 1.7 helm on eBay, brand new in the box, for 1/2 price of the lowest retail price I could find ...

I ordered a seat pedastal from them. 1st one received broken.....no problem...they sent me another one.
2nd one was scratched so I sent it back. They "RE-PACKAGED" the same one and sent it back to me!!
(I marked the underside before returning it)
I returned that one.....they mentioned they didn't have any more in stock and couldn't get me one.
Only cost me $15.00 in shipping but the hassle........ :mad: :mad: :mad:
