I'm looking at a place in Palm Bay, Fl anyone have the skinny on that area? It looks like a nice place but would like to have opinion of someone from that area. Thanks for any info you could give me. ;?

I was raised in Melbourne and Palm Bay or parts of it are nice and secluded in areas,but also there are some bad areas.There is great fishing every where.

thanks for the reply, my wife and I left Ft. Lauderdale in 1999 because of what the area had become but this cold winter stuff has wore us down. My bother in law said the winters here were only a month long, only gets in the low 40's turns out that was LIES!! he just wanted company for the wife's sister we're ready to return to the sunshine. Today 3/20/06 40 degrees with sleet and rain Rock Hill,SC. High tides and green grass is what I'm looking for. Thanks

I've got 2 brand new, never lived in homes, 4 Br, 2 baths, 2 car garage about 1650 sq ft under air on 80 by 125 lots for about 243k in Sebastian. Good fishing in the Indian River and the Sebastian Inlet for ocean access are nearby. Jim
