Hi,
Check out this link to crewsaver coatsl liferaft:
http://www.lrse.com/products.cfm?cat=001&prod=258
If you are thinking about mounting in canister on foredeck this is a pretty good option for this. Its aslo available in a Valise. If you have a space that you could stow a valise that is more accesible than the foredeck this might be a good idea. However finding extra space can be a challenge and you don't want this to get lost down deep in a locker under a lot of stuff.
I prefer the ACR Globalfix EPIRB over the Rapidfix becxuse of the internal GPS, It does take a few minutes longer to get the GPS Positioning in the globalfix, my conceren is remembering to wire the raoidfix to the GPS and the neatness of a permanant hardwiring. I also prefer the Cat II manual mount keeping it nearby or in a ditchbag wouldd be what I recommend. We still have the promo on the free ditchbag and stobelights. So if you want to discuss a package of liferaft and EPIRB we can come up with what you need at a good price. Call or email or send another message.
Regards,
Jim
