Just wondering, noticed the GO FISCH is now Park City Utah on transom. I always thought the hailing port had to be where the boat was docked and used, not the owners home town. ??? Any ideas, right off??

Corporate taxes is the most likely cause. Seems like a XM radio commercial talks about UTAH not have corporate taxes so therefore you incorporate your boat in a state like that to protect your personal assets from liability suits, etc. and reduce your tax liability on such a large object, like the Offshore Adventures boat. I guess the kicker is you got to make sure that the boat is underway and not in a port on January 1st so you don't get extra property tax bills in that town or marina.
