I have a Mercury 2002 Saltwater 150 and want to change the lower unit oil. Is there any difference in using quicksilver vs Mercury lower unit oil?

quiksilver is for non merc dealers like west marine - that being said, use the Merc/quiksilver HiPerf gear lube - best stuff in the biz for lower ends - even Yam fans uses it...

don't think quiksilver makes opti dfi oil - the highest grade in quiklsilver line is premium plus...I think...
