This engine is in excellent condition and was broken in by the book. It has about 300 hours of family fishing time on it. The engine is currently mounted on a rack that can be easily used to crate for shipping.

Missed the recent date on your posting.
Why selling ?
Have you had compression tested, and what are the #'s ?
What kind of boat has it been run on, and what are the rpm, speed #'s at cruising speed, and WOT ?

The engine has not been sold. This engine was run on a 1988 Boston Whaler 22' Outrage. We're in the western gulf so unless we got a rare flat day we cruised between 3000 and 3500 rpm which is around 25 knots. WOT was 5000 and around 45 knots.

A few questions:
How's the fuel consumption - gallons of fuel burn per hr - at cruise, around 4,200 rpm ?
Does the engine troll well without running rough ?
Has the water pump been replaced recently or any other parts replaced since 2002 ?

Sorry guys been busy lately.
No parts needed to be replaced. We averaged 2.5 mpg running in the western Gulf of Mexico.
This engine trolled really smooth.
