Whats up guys!? I'm "new" here on the forum! ... Actually, I've found myself on here at least a couple times a week for the past year and finally decided to join. Its time I sell my dream boat :bashhh: only because I'm 23 and its time I put my feet on the ground and start looking to move out. So before I pull myself from doing this thing... here it goes...
31 contender Cuddy (33 ft) powered by twin 250 yamahas.
Boat and engines are both 96 with about 520 original hours, run like new!
All maintenance done about 4 months ago, dated with permanent marker on the filters Always ran with Yamalube!
BRAND NEW upholstery as well. (rear bench seat, front console seat, and front console backrest door cushion still inside garage, haven't even seen sun!
Full boat cover will come with the boat and console and seat cover as well!
The boat is very very very reliable as the engines always start literally within 2 seconds of crank. Never give any problems, and have always been with top maintenance!
235 Gallons of fuel. Non Ethanol!!!
Beautiful color combination!!! (Blue and Red)
2002 - 3 axle aluminum trailer included, Bearings greased regularly and 6 good tires, (2 new tires).
Boat is in great shape and rides like a dream. Cruising speed is about 30 mph at 3700 RPMs and 53.3 WOT at 54000 RPMs.
Brand new JL audio system including 2 JL audio subs!!! LOUDDDDDDD!
Garmin 2006C GPS, and Furuno color LCD sounder FCV-1100L.
3 new marine grade batteries, bought 5/25/2012. Have receipt for warranty.
This is a turn key CLEAN boat ready to hit the sand bar or fish your life away at the bahamas. Outriggers are included as well. Countless amount of compliments at the marina!
------- 40,000 -------- No low ballers! No dreamers! This is a very clean, well kept, turn key ready boat! - Don't NEED to sell.

Beautiful boat man. I have a 2000 model just like it. I love the cuddy on these boats, they really come in handy. How do those jl subs sound in the console? Good luck with the sale.

It appears you are towing this 31 cuddy with a 1/2 ton truck. How does the truck live up to the task?

That's just the thing. We DO know how life goes.
Why do you think we're all telling you to keep the boat!?
I'm half tempted to hijack this thread and start a "If you knew then what you know now, you would have..." thread.
For me, I would have kept both my Mustang and my 23' Bluewater.

I noticed that you have your boat listed on Craigslist Miami for 45,000 but you have it listed here for 49,000. Which price is it?

My price was orginially 49,000 OBO - even on craigslist. I've now lowered the price on craigslist and here as well.

Great looking boat...especially with the NOLES flag flying high! Never seen the cuddy on one of these...do you have pics you can post on the layout inside? Also...any numbers on fuel burn on those 2-Strokes? That is a lot of boat for those motors. What is cruise speed and WOT speed on her. Thank you...GO NOLES!

Yes, I can take pics of the layout inside tomorrow,
The boat does about 30 mph on 37000 RPMs and 52 WOT at 5400 RPM's. WOT is with 3 people on the boat and about 90-110 gallons of gas. As far as the fuel consumption, I cant give you exact numbers as I'm always just enjoying my time out there the most I can, I just see how much I burn after each trip to the sand bar (most of my trips are 15-30 gallons to the sand bar). DONT HATE ME, but I haven't fished this boat much.

Fuel burn at cruise should be around 1.2mpg with moderate load, roughly 38mph 4100 rpms. Once you get past 40 mph your economy will start to fall off.

I sea trialed Rickys boat today and gotta say it is in great shape and a real head turner. Many Contenders of this age range have thousands of hull hours and they show it. This one shows very well for its age. The motors are spotless under the cowlings. They fire up immediately and run strong. Definitely worth a look for anyone in the market for this type of boat.
