2002 Pursuit 3070 Offshore
This boat originally was equipped with the standard Yamaha F225s. This 10,000 lb boat was very underpowered with these engines, topping out at a little over 40 mph. The F225s are also known for having issues with the exhaust manifolds that cost $2500 per engine to fix, if they don't end up corroding out and blowing up the engines.
The owner has repowered with yamaha F300s. He has reported a top speed of 51 mph burning 52 GPH, cruising speed of around 37MPH at 4200 RPMs getting 1.5 MPG! According to the owner, the boat also planes off with only one engine.
In the past year, he also added brand new TACO outriggers, a garmin 740 to go along with the furuno navnet that the boat currently has, all new pumps, new stereo with iPod hookup, and a brand new 2012 Wesco aluminum triple axle trailer that was over $10,000 and has only been dipped in the water around 3 times.
The engine have around 1000 hours. Out of the 1000 hours, 45% of them were at idle, and another 30% were under 3000 RPMs. No hours are reported above 5000 RPMs. He has all of the maintenance records and the printoffs showing how the engines have been maintained with an open checkbook and are in great condition. Also, the engines have extended warranty (fully transferable) until the middle of 2016!!
Asking $89,900
