My motor blew, I am just looking to put something on my boat under 2k . that will last me a year until I can save up for a four stroke, considering nice carbed engines... efi? let me know what ya got

I have a pair counter rotation 2003 Yamaha 150 HPDI outboar motors. Paint in mint condation, new power heads just came from the machine shop, have to put it together. Asking $8,000.-

My buddy has a 1999 Ocean Pro 225 hp that runs perfect. I actually sold it to him as he was going to put it on a hull he has but ran out of time and money and now needs to sell the engine.
My dad bought the engine brand new to repower a 23 dusky, then I got the boat in 2005 and repowered to a 4 stroke a year ago. Anyway, the engine is great and can be had for 2k. PM me if interested.

I have a '95 or '96 Johnson Venom 225 hp with a 20" shaft on my Novi, it runs fine but I am considering a move to a 4 stroke. PM if you have any interest.

Have a 94 Mercury 150 XRI (efi) I'll let go for $3000.
Strong running motor, good compression, rebuilt LU, which has never been in the water yet.
Motor on engine stand, can be tested.
Repowering with new within next 6 wks.
