It does not matter how much you love your house and or property, your neighbors can make you want to move.

By the looks of that dudes property this might be the "norm" for folks in that neighborhood. I would like to see the camera pan over to his own property or some of the neighbors houses. Just to get an idea of the overall type of neighborhood it is.

Never the less......I would just have a fence contractor come in and put up a 6' wood fence running the entire property line. And damn sure keep all the work and materials on my property. Give that nut job a couple feet of your property so there is no dispute as to who's property the fence is on.

And for god's sake, don't touch their fence in the process.

I managed to grow a 6' high viburnum hedge in about three years to block out the dirtbags next door.

It just took good fertilizer and a zone on my sprinklers running three days a week!

The saving grace came when I bought the damned house last year!

Yep, 10 acres here. No real neighbors on either side or in back and 4 out of 5 across the street are widows. I can target practice nekked in my back yard! :grin:

You could go into their neighborhood and ask for George Y***** (to hide the guilty)--and every man there would truthfully say "that's me." They think incest is a bug repellant.

The only difference I see here--is that I don't see goats in the house--probably because the fellow didn't aim the camera in the right direction.

Our neighbors are few and far between (in the boonies on some land) but we had an oddball issue happen a few months ago. The only visible spot (you can see through the trees) at the rear of our property was recently covered up in about 2 hours of being away from the house. Guess what was there when we returned? A friggn trailer house (nothing at all wrong with them but why oh why did they put it THERE). Come to find out they wanted a piece of our view and they must have wanted to look directly into our back porch area. I fixed their arse up by erecting a 12 foot high fence and covered "their" view into our backyard. Now we've got this fence to look at while the shrubs I planted get high enough. You just can not escape no matter where you go...even at home.

Holy cow, what a bunch of losers. The problem is they don't even know they are losers. Reminds me of my cousin Yvonne and her husband Frank. Frank was a drunken idiot and they lived like hogs. Frank was the ugliest man I have ever seen, we used to call him Frank N. Stein even though his last name was Stevens.

I could not step foot in their house, it was so gross and stunk so bad I would instantly start gagging. The city ended up condeming the house and tore it down, they tried suing the city but never got anything. The neighbors couldn't have been more happy when they tore the house down.

Hard to believe people can actually act like that. He looks like the kind of guy that could do just about anything, how awful having to live next to them.

Kind of reminds me of the neighbor that I had problems with. After 6 years they got kicked out for defaulting on their mortgage. It was Christmas in April for the entire block.
