Boating & Outdoor Photos - What Go-Pro mount for my 7/8" roll bar cockpit?

I am getting a Go Pro camera and was wanting to mount it on the railing that goes around my windshield on my Key West boat - standard stainless 7/8" diameter bar.

All the roll bar mounts I see so far are at least 1.25" or larger diameter.

Any mounts that will fit the 7/8" - or will I have to wrap some adapters to "thicken" the bar up a little so that the 1.25 or larger mounts can work?
