would consider a 15-40 hp. I like that merc 25 4 stroke, but think it is too heavy for my setup

this is the mother in laws boat to keep up at cherry grove. nothing special, it s old 14' high tide.

I've got an older johnson 25 2stroke that is electric start and only needs the throttle linkage in the tiller handle replaced. Other than that it runs great and has recently had the impeller changed. I'm going to be selling it for $400
