If i lower the gain, it shows nothing but the blobs will go away and nothing will show up.

Looks like you are sitting still. Are you on top of a school of fish?

I agree with Jim, I also think it's a school of fish.

You should lower the gain and increase the color gain to get a better image.

I see you are using Auto Gain, which is fine, but the offset is far too high. I always stay within +/- 5 when using Auto Gain. Try a color in the range 25-30, maybe even a bit more.

The setting I use most is Auto Gain without any offset, and a color gain of 28.

Which transducer do you have?

Using new hts-wsbl dicer. Thinking it may be broken? LOL..I dont think they were fish. The hour of fishing in that same spot would have proven otherwise. The ff is like that all the time. Pardon my ignorance, but what is an offset value? This is my first boat n finder. If the gains r turned low, ff will show nothing.

Do you have the right ducer selected in the menu? It looks weird for sure consdeirng it is always that way. Is it exactly the same no matter if the boat is sitting still or moving?

Yes it is fish, but they may be small. The reason why it looks strange is because the settings of your fish finder are totally messed up. You are using Automatic gain, the value +39 behind the A in your picture is the offset. This means you have set the gain to a value 39 steps higer than the default value. Turn the rotary controller counter clockwise until the gain shows just A. Then you have to adjust the colour gain, push the rotary controller and turn it clockwise until the number in the lower circle is 28 (it is 9 on the picture)

As Jim pointed out, selecting the right transducer in the Settings Echo Install menu is important.

They sure do look like fish to me. A TM260 in 19' of water is showing you a dot on the bottom. Very narrow cone angle. Not ideal in those depths at all. I'll defer to abbor, he really knows these units inside and out, and if this thread is on his radar he'll help if able.

LOL...TM260 not installed yet. These images are from HST-WSBL. Im thinking the HST is bad?

The HST-WSBL is not bad, it's marking fish but it seems as the bottom of the transducer is angled 15-30 degrees forward, due to this only a small portion of the arcs are drawn.
