Well I got moved in to a new place up the road a bit, and finally have room for the boat. I towed it over, and it was a total mess. Months of sitting under a tree did not do it good.
I put about 3 hours in so far, and have plenty more to go with waxing and such, but it is coming along well!

I need one. Its going in the canal out back, but when its out i dont want this to happen again.
