I went to south america recently, many of our cable shows are on, some in spanish, some with spanish subtitles.
wonder what impression the man in the street say in peru gets of the young couple looking at the $500,000 "starter" house with the wifes saying "oh thats not expensive, but I cant cook on those non stainless steel appliances" They are white, need to be replaced.
not shown is how hard and smart many US people work and how well many parts of our infrastructure work.
After a week in Peru I know why everyone seems to want to move here.
