We returned to Fipps last Saturday and found the fishing strong as ever with a few added attractions. The haddock bite was stronger than the last trip with over 60 landed in the the 4-6lb range along with market cod to filled the coolers.

The highlight of the trip saw the guys landing 3 halibut! All were short of the legal 41" limit (the largest measured 40.5") but the thrill of landing on of these fish was still intense.

During the trip we had some 10 minute tussles with blue dogs (dogs won) and had tuna fish crashing released cod on the surface.
A great trip with a great crew once again. Our last Iron Man trip for 2012 is leaving on August 25th.
