I'm looking for a Yamaha SWSII 15 1/4 x 17 RH prop. Have a the same prop in excellent condition with a 19 pitch if anyone wants to trade up. If I don't find a trade I will sell the prop I have on the board in the future.

What boat and motor set up do you have? and what kind of numbers are you getting with that prop? I am running a 15x17 and with 4000lbs I run 40mph at 5400rpm with a 200ox66... Great hole shot but want more on the top.

I'm running a 2001 Robalo 2440 with a hard top and a 2010 Yamaha F250. It is a heavy boat somewhere around 7,000 lbs. Loaded with four guys, gear, bait and a half tank of fuel we got about 30 mph at 5,000 rpms. The boat was slow getting on plane but once on plane she was fuel efficient at cruising speed. I did another test earlier I the week with two guys with less fuel we ran 4,500 rpms, 27 mph, 12.8 gph. Supposedly the 15 x 19 sws is a 50 mph prop but I won't see that with this single engine setup and I really don't need to either. If i do the math correctly you should see 5800 rpms and I don't know what speed that translates to. You can check the Yamaha site for performance specs.
I also tried a 15 x 15 stainless last week and got 30 mph at 6,000 rpms with about the same load. I did not go wide open as I didn't want to go over 6,000 rpms.

Forgive my intrusion, but it sounds like you need a 4 bladed powertech....15.0-15.25X14OFS but I'm no expert......That's what I did (similar weight)....FWIW,Jo
You left out the beer and ice weight....LOL

Prop is for sale. Let me know if you want pics. Regarding the powertech I ran a 15.25 x 15 and it spun up to 6000 not even wot. A 17p mercury mirage worked best but I want to find a Yamaha 15.25 x 17.
