I'm with Big Jimmie,too many oo's in price,I know the Drill on replacing all that stuff,an I can ASSURE YOU it is not for the FAINT at Heart,or wallett for that matter....

I could see 5k. Not 17k the way they are built with the bonding agent between deck and stringers , the only way the deck is coming out is with a circular saw. Might be able to save the cap .

I agree it will be sitting for awhile unless a sucker comes along and is hung up on the name.
