It wasn't a big job, but I mailed Dave the boot for my Bimini top to have the zipper replaced. Not only did he do a great job on the zipper with a good turnaround time, but he also patched a small hole that I didn't notice at no extra charge.

Thanks. Didn't think you'd notice. I also top-stitched it as it had never been before, and replaced all the binding. It wasn't much, but those are the kinda things that let me sleep at night.
Going the extra mile doesn't take that much more time, and the end result is much more satisfying. Appreciate your business.
