Good job beating the Chinese. If anybody is from NC you might know Megan Hodge. She was only in for 2 sets and had 18 kills. She went to Riverside High School in Durham and has won all sorts of awards including US Gatoraide national high school player of the year and two time NCAA most valuable. My daughter played across the net from her in club ball and I got to see her play numerous times. It's a wonder she doesn't pop the ball she hits so hard.

You must have been looking elsewhere, they are 49-1 in sets (games), undefeated in matches ... ;)

agreed, the women's team is playing incredibly well this year. When you have hitters like Hodge and Hooker, it's tough to lose. They are flat out crushing the ball. Both of them were exciting players to watch in college (hodge at Penn State, Hooker U of Texas). The US National team is just really well rounded. Great offense, superb defense....
