I'm trying to connect momoi 100lb diamond (1.00 mm) to 130lb seaguar premier (1.05 mm).The momoi site says to use a size L and the fishermans outfitter site says to use a size M. ;?

Your question sounds strange, is your plan to crimp the two lines together?
I'm not a professional but i wouldn't do that.
Use dacron to splice loops in both ends and then do a loop to loop. Or use a spro swivel and crimp each line to the swivel then just wind it on.
Tell the guys at fisherman's outfitter what line you need the crimps for and they will tell you. They know what they are doing and are not going to steer you wrong on a box of crimps that they sell for $5-8.
I'm guessing for those two lines you will need two different sizes. I use a smaller size for my 90-100 fluro and a larger size for the 130 mono.

Spend the extra $5 and have both. If you already have them, use the sleeve that is most snug.

Smallest sleeve you can fit but I actually don't understand the question.

You should not be using 1 crimp to join 2 lines unless it is a non critical connection that will not have any stress put on it. In that case crimp size does not matter because it will not be stressed.
A good guide is what JFM recomended. The smallest crimp you can get the line into is typicly the correct one.
The lines would be connected with a 240lb spro wind on swivel. My major concern was the discrepancy between the two sites crimp specs, since both sites seem like they would know what they're doing.I tested the L crimp for all connections last night and it broke at 97lbs,not bad.Keep in mind the 100lb diamond actually has a break point of 152 lbs.Haven't tried the M crimp yet.

If it were me personally I would be sevring loops on the ends and using a loop to loop. Another option may be a knot if you can fit a doubled line through the swivel opening. Below is a kilsong knot (only name it goes by as he showed it to me) and a cats paw new uni knot (which I have never used). These are both using 100# momoi.

the 100 diamond you can tie knots in easily. the 130 premier prolly needs a crimp, but like everyone else i'm not sure what your goal is.

like others have said - use the M if you can squeeze them in there....if not, next size up. Jinkai is another option:

negative on the smallest crimp you can use the better...higher risk of over crimping..fishermens outfitter is knowledgeable..merrimac sport and tackle in amesbury will also set you up right...otherwise..learn the hard way

A crimp sleeve that is too big runs the same risk of being under crimped.
Are you saying the Shop that sells the gear knows better then the manufacturer of the gear?
