Hey Everyone,

Next saturday, I'll be attempting to put my boat in the water in North Myrtle beach area. Does anyone have any boat ramp locations that they can recommend.? Last year I attempted to do this with my friend that lives in this area, and all we found was a back woods type ramp. No dock. Just push into the water and hope to swim to the boat before the gators got ya. While the local redneck was shooting his rifle at them.. ;?

Would love to steer clear of a repeat situation and get my friend's kids out on the river for an hour or two.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

look at the public ramps on Sea Mountain Hwy. One on each side of the ditch at the swing bridge. you will like it!

That is a nice ramp with a seperate dock to keep your boat out of the way of the ramp. It is really setup nice. For some of us solo boaters it works great. Charlie
