Looking to make a trip down in two weeks and interested in hearing opinions on where to stay, will be bringing the boat (29 Everglades). We have stayed at Kon Tiki in the past but with a smaller boat, however we loved the setup there. Anything similar that would accommodate the Everglades? Will be making the trip with the girlfriend so the easier it is on me with the boat the better. Where are all the big boat guys going? Thanks for the help.

You may have to keep the boat in a marina - most of the hotels are set up for smaller boats...

You could try Lajolla, i think they have room for something that size, don't hold me to it though.lol We stayed at a place called Lookout Lodge once, seems like they had space for a 29fter as well...good luck!!

Check out The Caribbean Resort. It is very nice and they can accomodate your boat.

was at la jolla mid july--boat would fit -- max size--about 3 feet at low tide-- older place but well maintained, on sight manager--scott will help with anything including ramp off the property if needed

Thanks, I will take a look at those. I've have been by La Jolla before, will I have trouble getting through their parking lot? Off property ramp would work, just need to be able to store the trailer on the property.

La Siesta is awesome. Stayed there last year. Oceanside. Beautiful zero entry pool and many types of accommodations. Ramp on site, abundant trailer parking and a poolside breakfast buffet.

Stayed at La Jolla before and just back from La Siesta....both are nice and I would go back to either. Scott at La Jolla will help you with the trailer and it will be no problem. La Jolla is gulf side and out of any weather problems, La Siesta is right on the Atlantic........leave your slip and you are looking at the reef. Both have space that would fit a 29' from what I can tell.
