Shark! Weekend
August 3rd, 4th & 5th 2012
What started as an annual shark fishing trip during The Discovery Channel's Shark Week is now a full weekend of summer events. Help us to help science better understand sharks AND raise money for the National Brain Tumor Society.

The Shark! Challenge
is an all-release shark fishing tournament off the Massachusetts coast on Friday August 3rd & Sat August 4th, 2012. It is the only 100% catch & release fishing tournament in New England. Incentives will also be offered for a variety of bonuses, including the best shark photograph.

Teams will earn points by either catching & releasing sharks - Mako, Porbeagle, Thresher, Blue, Tiger, Brown & Hammerhead sharks all earn points based on their likelihood of being caught. All sharks must be caught with rod & reel by one angler. Official Tournament Rules found here;
