Can it be turned off?

My main problem is the depth reading on the stucture scan is in the top left corner and obscures the picture. I can turm it off with the lowrance hds but can't find a way to turn it off with nse.

Obscures what picture? The SS page? Screenshot? Down Scan? Left Scan? Right Scan? Both?
It SHOULD be adjustable like the HDS, but possibly done differently...<--- I cannot say for sure, because I don't understand what page it's obscuring.... nor do have an issue with it.

Perhaps a screen shot?
What firmware?

When viewing both left and right at the same time, the depth data (numbers) obscure the left had side view as it's feeding onto the screen from the top to bottom. the numbers are quite large and seem to fixed to the top left corner of the ss window pane.

I usually run the ss on the left 2/3 of the screen and the echo on the right 1/3, even if I could move the data to the bottom of the screen it would help.

I'm not sure of the firmware, I will check in the morning but the unit is only 2 months old.

This is from the simrad site and not one of my own screen shots, as that would be at least a week away with our current weather. Anyways it's the numbers in the top left corner that I can't get rid of or move. Mine seem to be bigger too?

The depth whilst relavent is not as important as the picture, the depth is also displayed in the top information bar and in my case on the echo screen too, I can't get rid of it from there either.

You can't switch off the depth overlay, but you can change the size.

Go to Settings -> System -> Advanced -> Echo
