Marine Electronics Forum - Needs some help PLEASE

Heading to marathon for lobster Season in our new to us renovated boat with a new Garmin 5212. All my holes, numbers, etc. are in my Garmin 740s. How can I transfer the data from the 740s to the 5212? While I'm at it, could somebody walk me through the update procedure for the 5212. I realize this is kind of elementary, but this is first go around with a piece of equipment like this.

It is all done with an SD card, updates are downloaded from the product page on garmin's website, numbers are uploaded to the card from the 740, card inserted into the 5212, and downloaded into the 5212. If you get into a bind, stop by my shop on the way down to the keys and we can help you out - I've found that these kinds of things are so easy to do on a Garmin that it's actually hard, because you think you surely must be missing something and that it can't be as simple as it is.
