Don't want to bash a sponsor etc. but so far I have been extremely disappointed with the lack of any customer service from these guys (MB Electronics). Not a large purchase but hoped to have the Fusion 200 stereo w. speakers ready to install on my Whaler while on vacation. Emailed 4 times with no response, called once got a live person that said it should be delivered 2 days ago, and now just get recordings and no one will return a call. I understand small business, delays, technical difficulty etc, as I have my own business but I always return a call or email.
If someone has THE BAT PHONE # please share. Looks like I have to make a claim with my CC to have this purchase erased and may have the BBB look into this company.

I've had only good experiences with MB.
Why are you bashing them (excuse me, "I don't mean to bash them but I will anyway"). Jeesh, Chill. He's probably fishing.
