A CTA 2044B weighs 800 lbs. A CTA 2150B weighs 1000 lbs. The A series is about the same.

Take a look at Continental's website (www.continentaltrailers.com (http://www.continentaltrailers.com)) and look at the difference between Gross Capacity and Net Capacity. The difference is the weight of the trailer.

Does the sticker look like this? If so, the difference between GVWR and Capacity is the weight of the trailer.

Anytime...and for those of you that will PM me and tell me I shouldn't have posted the VIN on here as someone will fraudulently use it, the trailer doesn't belong to me anymore. I purchased it when I purchased the boat...unfortunately Continental put the axles too far back thinking that my GW was a CC and not a DC. I couldn't get the tongue weight right without the boat hanging off. Sold the trailer and bought an Owens and Sons....

The Continental seemed like a decent trailer for the 6 weeks I had it.

Anybody that needs a VIN # that bad can get one anywhere. At a boat launch or even in the dealership. All they have to do is walk by a trailer and see it.
