We are trailering our boat down from Virginia next week and heading over to Bimini for a week or so and I need to load up on bait...whats the best/cheapest place for ballyhoo and squid and chum? Thanks!

We always stop on the first reef, chum and a cast net.

Yeah try to get live bait, where are you launching? Angler's on dania beach blvd is decent and friendly. They are on the way to the large ramp at Harbortowne where most Bahamas bound rigs sit over the weekend.

For what you want to do, Baitmaster's is your best bet. Their ballyhoo are always in great shape and stock chum/squid/....
Baitmasters ships same day in coolers with dry ice, so you'll have your bait/chum before you leave home and won't have to worry about finding it in FL just before you launch. You may find it scarce or poor quality.
You can repack in your own coolers, or just recharge the dry ice before leaving VA.
