I read a post somewhere recently mentioning a band on Brown's Bank this weekend in Plymouth??
Is this true? and what band?
(The time is obvious I guess since Low Tide is around Noon I believe)

I'm waiting for a big hurricane swell out of the ENE and low tide at Brown's bank.
I think that place would be a perfect surf spot at low tide.

That NE corner of the bank has got some serious action now that you mention it....
Could be a nice combination... Hurricane, Surfing and Brown's Bank...

BTW AMarshall... May I ask what kind of hull that is... Everytime I see it it reminds me of a Steiger Craft Block Island on steroids...

Yea we are having a band out there this sunday starting after low tide. It is always a good time, come by!

As a side note, This saturday (7/28) is the Bass Ackwards Race and Poker run at Kingman Yacht Center with the after Party (well all day party really) at Bassets Island in Red Brook Harbor. Ill be a marker boat for the sailboat race, come on down!

Bassetts Island is a great party...all ages and boat types, hundreds of them...with the added bonus of a great anchorage for an overnight. No band for many years now, thanks to lawyers and complaints from the harbormaster - even though there has never been any issues, AFAK.
Browns bank is a great sandbar, not a good overnight option. Would be a fun time with a band.

we had a band 2 years ago, this year the DNR and bourne police want us to pay for details if we provide entertainment, trash bins and porta potties....so I guess the bourne PD and DNR want to clean up after the party that will happen anyway....Oh well eff em!
Dont worry, if a certain boat I installed a stereo in is there we wont need a band....
