Found an awesome mango habanero dipping sauce and looking to try something new for mini-season. Anyone ever try making Coconut Fried Lobster? Recipe?

I've never tried that one.. I have had fried lobster that is done similar to chicken and it is awesome. My old boss was from Cape Cod and thought it was blasphemy... Until he tried it. :thumbsup:

To gear up our taste buds, I attempted Lobster Fritters a couple weeks ago w a roasted red pepper remoulade sauce but I must not have added enough lobster meat because you couldn't taste the lobster. Those were the most expensive hush puppies I've ever had. lol.

The coconut fried lobster with mango habanero sauce, baked lobster mac, and buffalo style lobster were all awesome!
