I have put together a imovie on my mac. I have tried to upload it to photo bucket but it would stop a quarter of the way through saying "video cannot be uploaded due to copyright". Trying to figure out how to let my friends view the video via the internet. Would like them to be able to download it on there computer without having it on cd disc.
How do you'll let others view your videos? Trying to avoid youtude. Any help?

Only that you have no controls over who see's it, who posts tasteless critique of it. It's now in the public domain for all to consume, freaks included.
Also, need to think about copyright infringement if not mentioning the artists whose music you use.

Use unlicensed music and you can do anything you want. Lots of artists have free-use music and only ask that you credit them. Otherwise buying a song on I-tunes does not give you the right to use it on your video only to listen to it.

Just new to sharing of videos. Like the poster said below not sure about the copyright laws of songs.
I tired viemo but it said it couldn't upload my video off my mac cause of copyright issue. Don't know how to get viemo to be one if my drop down options to upload to? Any guess as to why viemo would blocked my video from uploading due to software copyrights?

did you add music to your video? If so that is the problem. The site scans the video detects music and assumes it is copy write protected.
