Ok, there is a difference of opinion with some friends. Gulfcouncil.org say 10 mangos and reds snapper not included in that 10. FWC says 10 snapper with 5 mangos and red 2 snapper included. I say if I am fishing in federal waters I go by fed rules. But the fwc website says there rules apply in federal water too.
