I live in Raleigh and can come show her, run her, on short notice. Everyone who sees her impressed with interior shape, cleanliness, freshness. Started as first big boat for Main Attraction Charters in the Keys. Was literally lift kept and captain maintained in Savannah for 9 years by previous owner to us. He is very wealthy and just let her go to us for a song during BP spill, thus we are in good shape to offer great deal.

I can't, I was doing advance pilates at the time and that's the angle....

Actually, can you rotate them? I was ticked when they came out that way. I'll see what I can do.

If you're using photobucket you can. Click on the individual picture, when it comes up big if you scroll over the picture you will see a tool bar at the top with rotate, resize and so forth.

I really wish I was ready to move up from trailered to slipped. Your boat is exactly what I'd be looking for.

Thats a classic 48 Ocean love it. One of Ocean's most popular models they ever produced, I don't remember the exact amount that they made, but it was a lot. Great price for a great boat. What kind of center console are you looking for, just curious???

CC? Something like a Sea Hunt 26 or equivalent would be ideal, but an upgrade to replace our 20 Robalo would interest us too.
I am entertaining a trade for a large CC but that buyer wants to wait out the election first, and I am not looking to wait that long at this price. I can be creative because we bought this one right and owning various kinds of boats is part of the fun of all of this to me (drives my wife CRAZY)! See my signature))

Ocean 48 SS is a great lay out, and our boat is hull 161 of this model (or is it 167? Can't remember off top of head). Huge salon and staterooms for a 48. Feels more like a 54. They made a lot because this model really ate into the Hatteras and Vike market at the time because Ocean stressed the interior size and amenities and that appealed to a lot of the wives.

That is not a knock against any brand, I like all of them and they all have plusses and minuses. We looked at all -- and chose this boat because it was a great deal and a very well kept model. Just mentioning that Ocean did in fact have a ton of sales success in the late 80's after the "flexible flyer" era due to their lay out on this model.

Best of luck with the sale. I fished on a 1995 48 for many years, loved the boat and layout. It does feel like a much larger vessel.

Those are just the brands my company sells right now. It is a great selection. The Ocean should be a quick sell for you, priced right. If you need any additional info from me, just shoot me a pm. Thanks..

Agreed!

Wish I knew how to rotate them. When I email the same photos they do not come out sideways. In edit, advanced, there is not functionality that I could find to flip them. I will be more than happy to rotate if some tech type would post or PM me how. I will get right on it!

Ah I was just about to tell you about the Manage Attachments button, under the Edit option, you would have to delete all the attachments, and then re-attach the rotated versions...
