My wife's friends were bummed that they missed out on the Mahi--licious from last week. So tonight is art night and I decided to try something different. It was a big hit with them. Here it is
First and foremost you gotta get the goods. Get on one of your favorite jet skis and go catch some Mahi!

Stopped at the local grocery store on the way home for the supplies you will need.

Get every thing going on the stove, egg noodles, squash and zucchini, corn on the cob.

Marinade the Mahi steaks and put them in the oven at 450 for about 20 minutes.

Get the kernels off of the corn

Take some corn and a lot of butter, salt and pepper and heat it up good in a pan.

Do the same with the cooked Mahi

Put it all together on a platter and serve it to your friends!
