Hey folks, I have a small crack in the weld of one of my legs of my T-Top. It a clean crack in the weld right at the bracket. Does anyone know of anyone in the Va. Beach/Norfolk area who can re-weld? Thanks
Found S&S Marina in Norfolk, anyone have any dealings?

It is not going to stop. That is your first crack. The metal has work hardened and it will most likely continue to crack. Time to think about some gusseting while the torch is out.

I'm not familiar with the term gussseting, can you help me to understand? Here is a photo of the leg and the crack. There are no wires in the leg and you can see the attachment/backing plate in the other photo.

Gusseting is reinforcing. The guys at S&S can help with that if needed.
