TackleDirect - Good Experience

I ordered two rods from Tackle Direct and was doing some drag testing on one of them and the rod broke. No doubt a manufacturers defect.

The return process was the easiest I have ever seen. Just print out a return slip and put it on the rod tube. Could not have been easier.
