I just downloaded my Garmin 740s' way point file onto an SD drive. By default, the 740 created an ADM type file, which I have not been able to get GPSBABLE to read. The acceptable formats do not include ADM file structures. I wish to load about a thousand way points, all in HDD MM.MMMM format onto the Garmin. These are public waypoints. I want to download the 740's ADM into a comma delimited file and then append additional way points. Then, I'd used GPSBABLE to load back onto SD card ADM format and transfer back into Garmin 740s. The sticker is the ADM file type. BABLE doesn't seem to recognize this file type. Does anyone know an easier way?
