I took the boat out today and the drive wouldn't trim up. I stopped and added fluid to the empty reservoir and I could raise the out drive but it wouldn't stay up. The reservoir empties with one lift of the drive and leaks the fluid into the bilge in the area of the pump itself.

The engine room was too hot to do much with is this afternoon but I would like to fix it in the morning and use the boat tomorrow. Any thoughts on what I should check? Loose hose connections seems obvious - anything else?

Thanks!

If its leaking that bad, it shouldn't be too hard to find..have someone drive the trim and you watch the pump area
