I recently came into a 1983 23' Larson cabin cruiser. It came with a
Merc Alpha one out drive but no motor. The boat is in rough condition but I believe that it is repaired. Any tips would be appreciated as this is my first time taking on a project like this and on an extremely tight budget.

I picked it up for free the tandem axle was near mint. Looks like everything like it is there minus the engine. I am looking forward to a project. The hull is rock solid as well.
