I have a 1983 Hydosport 2400 CD. There are 3 flooring panels. 1 covers the gas tank (74x31), the other 2 cover fish box (35x11). Would anyone know if these panels can be purchased? Alternatively, can I use a product like Starboard to replace the panels?

I am assuming you have the panels but they are rotten/soft. If the skin is good the best thing to do is rebuild them from the back side. Cut around the inside edge and remove the inner glass skin, remove the rotten wood and build it back with plywood and re glass it. I have done several panels this way over the years. Really not that hard. I am sure if you search around you can find a step by step or even a video.

Thank you.

That could work on the smaller panels, but the large panel also has a tear in the skin around an access hole. Would you have advise on the material I should use to replace the entire panel?
