That's an old VW Rabbit. GM is all China bound and will find how quickly China steals patents, employees, etc. GM will be for the second time a pile of dust.

It will all come in a single box, with one single wrench...

Bought a bed for my daughter at Ikea once. After assembling it I swore that, if I ever had to get it out of the house, I would rather tear out the side wall of the house than disassemble it.

There's alot of Chinese parts on my Chevy truck. Of course they're crappy parts.

Had the great pleasure of confronting a couple of salesmen from China recently. The came into our shop representing a line of Chinese cabinets for us to sell. I told them their countrys' products were junk..worse than junk.. and I wouldn't be associated with ANYTHING they carried. And they weren't offended. They knew it too.

I only have a couple very cheap Ikea bookcases and was impressed with their peg and screwlock assembly system - made for a very sturdy product. Man that chip/glueboard or whatever it is is HEAVY ...

What do I do with the left over screws, same as GM does with them I guess, toss them into a pile.

+1

Half my house came in big Ikea boxes. Cheap, stylish and holds up very well.

I don't know what I'll do when we sell this place, I'm NEVER goIng to be able to disassemble and reassemble all this sh!t.

I may be the exception, but I don't mind putting their stuff together every once in a while. As LI said above, it is generally well designed and sturdy for it is. It is heavy, and instructions can be confusing. Just an egg person and illustrations of what to do.
