Had an amazing afternoon tarpon and snook fishing in Naples Florida....will post pics of the snook later but this Tarpon was guesstimated to be a 150 pounds.....I was pretty happy......

Very nice. I think next year I might plan a tarpon trip and try to land one of those beasts.

We get a run of tarpon here in St Augustine when the bigger mullet are running. They come all the way up in the inlet, intracoastal and even in the St Johns river.
We usually fish behind the shrimp boats as they are shoveling back the bi-catch. Man what a fun catch.
