Bayside, Brickell or Key Biscayne are good but you have to get there early to get a good spot.

Agreed..I live in One Miami next to Bayfront Park and always contemplate taking the boat out for the show but once I see the madness I'm always happy I didnt. The fireworks there are pretty good and can also see the ones on the backside of South Beach.
Definately get there early..last year boats were rolling in around 5-6 so buy 9 is was mayhem.
