I purchased a 18' weld craft with a 97 80hp yamaha when. My top speed is about 26 mph at 4500 rpm if I go higher the motor will over heat and slow down . Water pump is brand new. Motor runs a little rough all the time. is this normal or should it be a ble to run faster
