I have not paid much attention to SST, salinity and chlorophyll primarily because I have not gone out to the edge, however I hope to a few times this season with a friend of mine.

But more importantly I would like to start to learn and understand the relationship between these elements and what I experience while fishing both when I get out there and with the pseudo-offshore fishing I do here.
So what websites should I reference?

What do you get for that $140? If it is just temp and chlorophyll that is very steep.

I thought it was pretty reasonable. You can also plot your course and see coordinates for the temp beaks. What service would you recommend?

You can do that for free at the site in my sig. That's 1.2 mile per pxel res. the Paid version has alot more data plus better resolution

I use the site referenced above. Gives a lot of date and very high resolution. Think I paid $150.
